Notary Public Services – Low-Cost Fixed Fee Unchanged

Notary fees announced

On 2 July 2010, the NSW Government increased the recommended notary fees as reported in the Government Gazette No. 90, page 3255.

Despite the recommended increase, rising costs and other economic pressures, we have always offered our notary services for less than the recommended notary fees and will continue to do so by leaving our notary fees unchanged at least until 30 September 2010.

To avoid any confusion, some of the recommended notary fees are calculated on a time basis (ie, 6 minutes unit) while our notary fees are fixed fee – meaning, irrespective of the time taken to meet your requirements, we stand behind our quotes on notary services.

The fixed fee or flat-fee pricing structure allows us to quote quickly and confidently, and because we stand behind our quotes, our clients are able to budget and compare with peace of mind, irrespective of what documents require notarisation or the intended destination country. With our cost effective notary services, you avoid exorbitant legal fees and notary services charged at hourly rates or calculated on a time basis.

At the beginning of every financial quarter, we take all care and consideration in reviewing and determining our pricing structure so that it remains market and price competitive. We are proud to announce that we have been able to maintain our price-leading position by putting our clients first.

We continue to:

  • Be one of the most cost effective notary public services in Sydney
  • Provide notary public services on an urgent or short notice basis
  • Promote practical solutions to overseas document requirements
  • Advise generally on processes and highlight risks and concerns
