A personal message from Ern Phang, notary public
For all of my clients in Australia and around the world, to my regular readers and first time visitors, I wish you all Merry Christmas 2012 and Happy New Year 2013. My office is currently closed for the holiday season and I have suspended all notary public services during this time. Notary public services will recommence on 14 January 2013. But while I’m away, I wanted to take this opportunity to share some thoughts with you – so thank you for your attention.
For me, the Christmas and the New Year period every year is a time to reflect over the past year and a time to plan for the year ahead. My team and I generally take time during January or February to review strategic and business plans so that there’s a common understanding of who we are, what we do and why we’re doing it. Between my team and I, we cover a few core areas of law – one of those being, notary public services.

I’ve heard from clients that it’s quite difficult to find a notary public in Sydney, and it’s even more difficult to make an appointment when they want especially on short notice – which is often the case with notary public services and requests for documents from overseas.
