Website migration, service interruptions and office closure
The end of 2015
Thank you to all of our valued clients who have come to rely on our notary public services throughout 2015.
We especially appreciate your patience and understanding over the last few weeks as we have undergone a website migration (to a new hosting provider) and the resulting website service interruption. If you have attempted to contact us by email or submit a quote request online during this time, this will explain our lack of response – we did not receive it and have been largely offline during the migration. Unfortunately your communication is now likely lost in cyberspace. We sincerely apologise for that inconvenience.
On the other hand, the good news is the website migration has allowed us an opportunity to review some of the functionality and services available over the internet, including online chat – which we are currently trialling and we hope will help address your questions in real time and at your convenience. Our friendly staff will continue to monitor the online chat when we can, but if it is not available at the time that you need assistance, for whatever reason, you can still submit a quote request online – or just call our office.
Christmas and New Year Office Closure
We also announce that our office will close for the Christmas and New Year period. During this time, we will be unable to respond promptly to any communications, but if you submit a quote request online we will attempt to respond to it as possible. The last day for notary public services will be 18 December 2015. Urgent notary public services may be available from 4 January 2016, however additional fees may apply. Normal notary public services will recommence on 11 January 2016.
We take this opportunity to wish all of you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
