Cancellation of appointments until further notice

Due to the recent announcement of restrictions and stay-at-home orders by the NSW Government, we’ve cancelled all notary public appointments until further notice. Although we’re unable to offer face-to-face appointments for services like witnessing or verifying identification, we can still provide remote services that don’t require clients to physically be present in our office.

For example, we can still verify and certify documents provided the original documents are posted or delivered to us (or if the original documents only exist as digital documents then they can be emailed). To assist with this process, we’re offering pickup and return courier services (which are same day in some cases) however we appreciate that many clients will want to wait until the restrictions have been lifted due to the additional cost that this attracts.

We thank you all for your understanding and support during this challenging time. As soon as restrictions have been lifted, we’ll resume taking face-to-face appointments subject to orders and directions from authorities at that time.
